accomplished in all types of building construction including metal buildings, block, tilt wall, structural steel, Insuwall
and wood frame. Chesapeake Construction provides customers with “turnkey” buildings by managing projects
through the engineering, architectural, and the construction process.
We are skilled in the design/build of income producing commercial business and industrial parks. Chesapeake
Construction provides expertise in multi-tenant buildings including over one million square feet of tenant build-out
experience.
Chesapeake Construction is also resourced with a complete woodworking shop. Our accomplished in-house finish
carpenters handcraft custom hardwood cabinetry, mantles, and other detailed casework.
Chesapeake Construction is experienced in the design and construction of Sensitive Compartmented Information
Facilities (SCIF). We have been successful in passing federal inspections of varying designs, requirements, and sizes
of SCIFs. |
